All vendors and entertainment will be set up under large event tents
Event Parking:

Meter parking is available in the public lot next to the Wooden Match and street parking is available around the event.

Please read and obey all parking signage as this event does not have reserved/assigned parking.

Main St. will be closed to traffic from Spring Street to W. Lehigh Street.
-
LVMHA Committee is not responsible for any traffic/parking violations.
Vendors:
-
Vendor check-in & set-up is from 8am to 8:45am. All vendors must check-in unless you have attended the pre-event Meet and Greet.

There is no designated loading/unloading area.

Sales of any kind are not permitted, unless approved by the LVMHA committee.
Walkers and Day of Registration:
-
Check-In is from 9am-10:00am.

T-shirts will be provided to the first 350 registered walkers. (Early Registration is required)
-
Attendees must be present to received their t-shirts & lunch.

Attendees who registered on the day of the event are not guaranteed give aways.

Event organizers reserve the right to dismiss any attendee if they pose a threat to themselves or others.
Pet Policy:

All well behaved pets are welcome but must be on a non-retractable leash at all times or at a locked 6' maximum lead.

All pets must be current on rabies and any other vaccinations and have an up to date registration.
-
Attendees are responsible for cleaning up after their pet.

Event organizers reserve the right to dismiss any animal and its owner(s) if they appear to be:

Aggressive (in any way)
-
Owner(s) are unable to control the animal
-
Sick or appear to be sick
-
Cause risk or disruption to the event
