Things to Know

Event Details:

  • Date: Friday May 3, 2024

  • Location: 100 W. Lehigh Street Bethlehem, PA 18018

  • Time: 9:00am to 2:00pm

Event Parking:

  • Meter parking is available in the public lot next to the Wooden Match. 

  • Street parking is available around the event. 

  • The Spring St. parking lot is not reserved for our event. Park at your own risk.

  • Main St. will be closed to traffic from Spring Street to W. Lehigh Street.

 

Vendors:

  • Vendor check-in & set-up is from 8am to 9am. All vendors must check-in.

  • There is no designated loading/unloading area.

  • Covered space, tables & chairs are provided.

  • Selling of items/goods of any kind are not permitted. 

Attendees:

  • Registered attendees will be provided an event t-shirt & lunch based on the registration info on their name badge.

  • Attendees must be present to recieved their t-shirts & lunch.

  • Attendees who registered on the day of the event, will be provided t-shirts and lunch on a first come first served basis, once all registered guests have been accommodated.

  • Event organizers reserve the right to dismiss any attendee if they pose a threat to themselves or others.

 

Pet Policy:

  • All well behaved pets are welcome but must be on a non-retractable leash at all times or at a locked 6' maximum lead.

  • All pets must be current on rabies and any other vaccinations.

  • Attendees are responsible for cleaning up after your pet.

  • Event organizers reserve the right to dismiss any animal and its owner(s) if they appear to be:

    • ​Aggressive (in any way)

    • Owner(s) are unable to control the animal

    • Sick or appear to be sick

    • Cause risk or disruption to the event
